I am Laura Matthews, a private chef with a decade of culinary expertise. Over the past ten years, I have had the privilege of working in some of the finest kitchens, including those of Rick Stein, Dobson & Parnell, and Lovage. My passion for seafood has led me to specialize predominantly in fish and shellfish, where I focus on bringing the freshest and most flavorful ingredients to my creations.

I am now embarking on an exciting new venture: opening my own supper club, held twice weekly. From the comfort of my home, I offer an exclusive dining experience with a meticulously crafted five-course tasting menu. Each meal is a testament to my culinary journey, showcasing my commitment to quality, innovation, and the art of fine dining.
